All Saints Craft Fair

On November 5, I will be selling my jewellery at the All Saints Craft Fair with my friend Robin of Bluebird Treasures. All Saints Catholic High School is located in Kanata (West Ottawa) and this annual Christmas fair is a fund raiser for the charities and initiatives that the school supports.

Here is a link to the flyer:

Admission is $1 or a canned good for the food drive. Hope to see you there!!

Thanksgiving Fair

On Thanksgiving weekend, my grandma (Crosstown Jewellery) and I set up a booth in the curling rink at the Norwood Fair. Over three days we met some wonderful people and had a lot of fun selling our jewellery together!

And the highlight of the fair is always the giant pumpkin contest. This year's winner was 1188 lbs!!

Steampunk is a trend based on the combination of technology and romance, or industrial revolution and victorian lace. My interpretation of it involves combining different metals in bold designs. If you're still curious about steampunk, ask wikipedia!
